Please read the following information before requesting a commission. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

1. Submitting an Inquiry
To inquire about commissioning a piece, please reach out to me directly on one of the following official platforms: Instagram, Twitter, or Discord. Please be prepared to provide clear visual references and a detailed description of your desired request upon contact. I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.2. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on my commission sheet are standardized in USD (United States Dollars). Payment is required in full up front before any work begins. I accept traditional USD payments. Alternatively, I can accept payment via Discord Nitro (yearly subscription only) or Robux; please message me for the specific conversion amount required before submitting alternative payment.3. Usage Rights and Copyright
All base prices cover Personal Use Only. This permits the client to use the finished artwork for non-monetary purposes, such as profile pictures, social media banners, or personal sharing. The artwork may NOT be used to generate any form of monetary profit. I retain the full copyright to all artwork created.Commercial Use
If the artwork will be utilized for profit-generating activities, such as merchandise, physical prints for sale, or promotion for a business or monetized media, a mandatory Commercial Use Fee must be paid. This fee is calculated as 100% of the Base Price (effectively doubling the original price). Paying this fee grants the client usage rights for commercial purposes but does not transfer the full copyright.4. Process and Revisions
Upon payment, I will provide an estimated turnaround time based on my current queue and the complexity of your request. All commissions include up to 2 minor revisions during the initial sketch phase. Once the sketch is approved, and I move on to lineart or coloring, major changes or any additional revisions requested beyond the included two will incur an extra fee of +$10 per revision.
